This quality policy is based on three main areas :
Isla Délice can guarantee the full traceability of all
of its products through the permanent presence of independent
controllers from the ARGML Association in charge of monitoring and
certifying Halal compliance of finished products on each of its
ARGML ritual controllers supervise product preparation at each stage of
production. Therefore, only products that have been certified Halal by
ARGML ritual controllers are sold.
Isla Délice's production sites only produce Halal food products which is
an additional guarantee of confidence that no unauthorised products are
used in production.
Isla Délice has three production sites which have all
been validated by a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)
study. This process provides a maximum of safeguards throughout product

Isla Délice regularly invests in new high-performance industrial tools. Its
research and development teams work closely with the ADIV (French technical centre
for the meat sector) and 200 scientists from the Clermont-Ferrand Meat Centre which
is one of the three most important centres specialising in the meat industry in the

over 250 Halal references in cold-cuts, ready-made meals, and frozen foods.
Isla Délice was the first brand to offer a range of Halal dried sausages, lardons,

with Onion, etc. In 2012, Isla Délice launched the first ever Halal Box range and
